The weekend just past for the Australians in America saw numerous drivers perform double duties across 410 and 360 Sprintcars at Knoxville Raceway, while Ian Madsen made his first appearance with a new team.
When it comes to Sprintcars, they are often referred to as the Formula 1 of speedway. The connections between Formula 1 and speedway are a lot closer than most people think and recently an ex-Formula 1 driver has come out about his desire to one day go Sprintcar racing.
