A whopping 60 plus Wingless Sprint drivers turned out to Geelong’s Avalon Raceway last Saturday night to contest the third round of the hotly-contested Indy Race Parts Australia Super Series, but it was Daniel Storer who proved to be the best of the formidable field, claiming top honours.


Daniel Storer got his 2018-19 season Wingless Sprint feature-race winning account underway at Geelong’s Avalon Raceway by taking out last Saturday night’s third round of the Indy Race Parts Australia Super Series.

Attempting to contest the second round of the Indy Race Parts Super Series at Simpson Speedway last Saturday night amid impending storms, the Victorian Wingless Sprints were forced to bring the race meeting to a halt prior to completing the feature race.

Wingless Sprint newcomer Nathan Walton wasn’t considered one of the favourites heading into last Saturday night’s fifth WA Club Championship round at the Perth Motorplex, but that didn’t stop him from powering to his maiden feature-race victory.
