In what was a welcome homecoming for drivers and spectators alike, last Saturday night saw the V8 Dirt Modifieds class return to Sydney’s Valvoline Raceway for the first time in seven years.

Prior to last Saturday night’s visit, it had been seven years since Mark Robinson had competed at Sydney’s Valvoline Raceway, but that didn’t stop him from coming away with a podium result.

Following two American trips competing against some of the World’s best Dirt Modified racers, Chris Corbett has recently returned home and is now eager to get stuck into the 2018-19 season here.

A staple on the V8 Dirt Modifieds calendar for the past five seasons, the prestigious and very competitive 5 Star Dirt Series has been given an exciting new format in the 2018-19 season, with the sixth running of the series now taking place over seven rounds.
